Refund Policy
We aim to make cancellations and refunds clear and fair.
Flight tickets
Refunds follow the fare rules of the issuing airline. Refundable tickets are returned minus airline penalties and our service charge. Non-refundable tickets may only be eligible for tax refunds.
Visa services
Embassy and visa fees are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the outcome. Our service fee is refundable only if we have not started processing your application.
How to request a refund
Email support@avanzaholiday.com with your booking reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are paid within 7–30 business days depending on the airline and payment method.
